Privacy Policy

Last updated 24 August 2026

1. Who is responsible

Ruyter Poubel is responsible for the personal data described here. For anything to do with your data — a question, a correction, a deletion — write to contato@ruyter.com.

2. What we hold

  • Order data: name, e-mail address and country, received from Digistore24 when a purchase is confirmed. We never see or store your card or bank details.
  • Access data: the personal link issued to you, when it was used, and from which type of device.
  • Usage data: which sections of the application you open, so we know what to improve. Not tied to what you do outside Lexus.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser identification, approximate country and city, and how fast pages loaded for you.
  • Messages: whatever you write to us, and our reply.

3. Where it comes from

Most of it comes from you: the checkout, the application, an e-mail you send. Payment data is processed by Digistore24, the reseller for this product, under its own privacy statement — we receive only what we need to deliver access and answer you.

4. Why we hold it

  • To deliver the product you paid for and keep your access working.
  • To answer your messages and handle refunds.
  • To keep the accounting records a sale requires.
  • To understand how the application is used and where it is slow.

5. Promotional e-mails and newsletters — how to stop them

Two different kinds of e-mail leave here, and they behave differently:

  • Service e-mails — your access link, a refund confirmation, a reply to something you wrote. These are part of the product and are not marketing.
  • Promotional e-mails and the newsletter — news, offers and content. You can stop these at any time, and there are three ways to do it.

Option 1 — the unsubscribe link in the e-mail

Every promotional e-mail and every newsletter we send carries an Unsubscribe link at the bottom of the message. Open the e-mail, scroll to the end, click Unsubscribe. It takes one click, there is no form to fill in, no password to remember, and no reason to give.

Option 2 — write to us

Send an e-mail to contato@ruyter.com with the word UNSUBSCRIBE in the subject line. Use the address you want removed, or name it in the message. You do not need to be a customer, and you do not need to explain.

Option 3 — your e-mail client's own control

Our messages carry the standard List-Unsubscribe header, so Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail and others show their own Unsubscribe button next to the sender's name. Pressing it works the same as Option 1.

How long it takes: removal is immediate in almost every case, and never more than 48 hours. A message already on its way out may still arrive in that window; nothing after it will.

What unsubscribing does not stop: the e-mails in the first group. If you have paid for access, we still have to be able to send you your access link and answer you about your purchase. If you want those to stop too, ask us to delete your account and they stop with it — see section 8.

6. Cookies

This site uses a small number of its own cookies, and no advertising cookies from third parties. They keep you signed in, remember your language, and let us count visits without identifying anyone by name. Your browser can block or delete them; the application will simply ask you to sign in again.

7. Who else sees it

Only those who need to, and only for their part of the job: Digistore24 (payment and order), our e-mail delivery provider, and our hosting provider. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data with anyone, for any purpose.

8. Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, ask us to stop using it for a given purpose, or ask for it in a portable file. Write to contato@ruyter.com; we answer within 30 days, and normally much sooner.

Deleting your data closes your access at the same time, since the access is what the data is for. We keep only what the accounting rules require us to keep about the sale itself.

9. How long we keep it

  • Order and accounting records: for as long as the law requires them to be kept.
  • Access and usage data: while your access is open, and for 12 months afterwards.
  • Messages: 24 months, so we can pick up a conversation where it stopped.
  • Marketing consent: until you unsubscribe, plus a minimal record that you did, so we do not write to you again by mistake.

10. Security

Traffic is encrypted end to end, access links expire, and only the people who need it can reach the data. No system is perfect; if a breach ever affects your data, you are told.

11. Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. A change that affects how we use your data is announced by e-mail before it takes effect.
