1. What Lexus is
Lexus is a digital product: a football match analysis application that publishes statistical projections produced by simulation, alongside live scores, match statistics, a published history and the methodology behind the numbers. Access is delivered online — there is nothing physical to ship.
2. Who may buy
Lexus is sold to adults. By buying, you confirm you are of legal age in the country where you live and that the payment details you use are yours.
3. What you receive, and for how long
A single payment of US$ 8.00 gives you access to everything listed on the sales page for 12 months, counted from the day the payment is confirmed. Access arrives by e-mail, at the address used in the order, right after confirmation.
Access is personal. Sharing your access link or credentials so other people can use the product is the one thing that can get an account closed.
4. What Lexus does not do
- It does not tell you what to do with a projection. It publishes the projection.
- It does not promise or guarantee any outcome. A probability is a probability, and the less likely outcome happens too.
- It is not financial, investment or professional advice of any kind, and it does not manage money for anyone.
5. Availability
We keep the application running and the data refreshed through the day. Interruptions can still happen — maintenance, a failure at a data source, an outage at a provider. When an interruption is long enough to matter, we extend your access by the time lost rather than asking you to claim it.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not resell, republish or redistribute the content as if it were yours.
- Do not scrape or automate access to the application.
- Do not attempt to reach parts of the system you were not given access to.
7. Payment
The order is handled by Digistore24, which acts as the reseller and is your contractual partner for the payment. The terms and privacy statement shown on the Digistore24 order form are the ones that govern the transaction itself.
8. Refunds
You can ask for your money back within the period set out on the Refund Policy page: 14 days for consumers in the European Union and 60 days outside it. No explanation is required.
9. What belongs to whom
The projections, the methodology, the interface and the Lexus name and logo belong to us. Competition and club names are used only to identify the fixtures covered and belong to their respective owners; Lexus has no affiliation with, endorsement from or connection to any of them.
10. Changes
These terms can change. When they do, the date at the top of this page changes with them, and anyone with active access is told by e-mail before a change that affects what they bought.
