1. How long you have
The period is counted from the day your payment is confirmed.

No explanation is required in either case. You do not have to justify the request, and asking for one does not change how we treat you afterwards.
2. How to ask
Send an e-mail to contato@ruyter.com with the e-mail address used in the order. That is the whole procedure — there is no form and no telephone number to call.
3. What happens next
- We confirm your request the same day, or the next working day.
- The refund is issued through Digistore24, the reseller that processed the payment.
- The money is returned to the same method used to pay, normally within 5 to 10 working days depending on your bank or card issuer.
4. What happens to your access
Access closes when the refund is issued. Nothing you saw stops being true; you simply stop having access to what comes next.
5. After the period ends
Once the period above has passed, the sale is final. This does not remove any right the law gives you where you live.
6. Who processes the payment
The order is handled by Digistore24, which acts as the reseller for this product. The refund is issued through the same route as the payment.
